Opened in September 2003 by Kris Burton and
Sumner Gray, Loose Screws' objective was to carry products not already
available in St. Augustine.
The store also looks to serve as a public
space for social/political activism. Ideally, Loose Screws
will one day make a profit (thanks to customers like you) and the
business can use the money for the greater good of the community.
